Esnativa Ski South America is a ski guiding company based in Santiago, Chile, and Bariloche, Argentine Patagonia. We live and ski here, and run guided ski trips, backcountry tours and private days across all of Chile and in Argentine Patagonia, July to October.

When is the ski season in South America?
Our season runs July to October. July and August are mid-winter, with the most consistent snow for resorts and off-piste. September and October bring spring snow and volcano touring. Most resorts close between late September and early October; the Tres Valles usually run to mid-October.
Should I ski Chile or Argentina?
Chile puts high Andes resorts close to Santiago and adds volcano touring in the south. Argentina is Patagonia: Bariloche, Cerro Catedral, lakes and the Frey huts. You can also combine both in one trip.
What level do I need?
Our resort trips are for intermediate to advanced skiers and snowboarders. Backcountry trips need strong intermediate to advanced skiing and good fitness.
Where is Esnativa based?
In Santiago, Chile, and in Bariloche, Argentine Patagonia. From Santiago we run trips across all of Chile, from the Tres Valles and Portillo to the southern volcanoes and Chilean Patagonia. From Bariloche we run our Argentina trips.
Can I book a private trip or a single day?
Yes. Every trip can run privately on your dates, and we guide single days in Chile and in Bariloche.
Which airports do I fly into?
Santiago (SCL) for central Chile and Bariloche (BRC) for Argentine Patagonia. Bariloche has direct flights from Buenos Aires.
Are lift tickets included?
On most trips lift tickets are purchased separately, so you only pay for the days you ride lifts. Each trip page says what is included.
