OF CANCELLATIONS
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
· To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total package value is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the trip start date.
· Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or through our payment
platform partner, WeTravel.
· Modifications to travel dates or package details can be made up to 15 days before
the trip starts. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs
depending on the changes requested.

· If the trip is affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries. In these cases, we will offer rebooking options or refunds, as appropriate
· If a customer is unable to travel due to a medical emergency or unforeseen cause, we recommend purchasing cancellation insurance for such situations. Refund policies for medical emergencies will be subject to the terms of your insurance.

In the case that a customer does not show up on the start date of the tour without prior
notice, it will be considered a “No Show” and no refund will be issued.

We highly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance that covers winter
sports. Cancellation fees due to personal or medical reasons may be covered under such a
