You can book through our website along with our partnership with www.wetravel.com, or by
contacting us directly. We will help you choose the ideal package based on your preferences
and ski level.
We accept payments via bank transfer to our USD account, credit card, and WeTravel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ESNATIVA SKI SOUTH AMERICA

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

By booking a trip with Esnativa Ski South America (“Esnativa”), the participant (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This document outlines the responsibilities of both the Client and Esnativa throughout the duration of the experience.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to confirm your spot on the trip. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the trip start date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the trip: refund of the deposit minus a 10% admin fee.

Cancellations made 45–59 days before the trip: 50% refund of the total trip cost.

Cancellations made less than 45 days before the trip: no refund.

If Esnativa cancels the trip for any reason, a full refund will be issued. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

4. RESPONSIBILITY AND INSURANCE

All participants must have personal travel and medical insurance that includes coverage for mountain activities and emergency evacuation. Esnativa is not responsible for injuries, accidents, illness, loss or damage of personal belongings, or delays due to weather or other unforeseen events.

5. PHYSICAL CONDITIONS AND HEALTH

Clients are responsible for evaluating their physical and medical condition to ensure they are fit for the trip activities. Esnativa must be informed of any relevant medical conditions prior to the trip.

6. EQUIPMENT

Participants are responsible for bringing all required equipment. Esnativa may offer rental options or advice upon request. Clients are also responsible for the care and return of any equipment provided by Esnativa.

7. PROGRAM CHANGES

Esnativa reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary at any time due to weather, safety, logistics, or other unforeseen factors. Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and integrity of the trip experience. We are not responsible for weather conditions, and if possible, we will ensure that the trip continues as planned in the best possible way.

8. IMAGE RIGHTS

Esnativa may capture photos and video during the trip for promotional use. By participating, you grant Esnativa the right to use your image for marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing before the trip.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile and Argentina. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.

ABOUT OUR TOURS

We offer ski experiences in the best destinations in Chile and Argentina, including Valle
Nevado, Portillo, La Parva, Bariloche, Chapelco, and more. We are the only local company
with a base in both Chile and Argentina.
Yes, all of our packages include stays at 4-star hotels or lodges, with luxury options
available. Except for daily tours, which have a special rate and only offer guided services.

If the tours said is included, we provide private transfer service to and from the nearest airports to the ski resorts.

No, our packages not include ski passes for resorts, but we have partnerships with various ski resorts.

Heliski and Exclusive Experiences

Heliskiing is a unique experience where a helicopter takes you to descend from mountains with untouched snow. We operate heliskiing in Chile and Argentina, at exclusive locations with expert guides.
Yes, heliskiing is recommended for skiers or snowboarders with experience in off-piste
terrain. If you have doubts about your level, contact us, and we’ll advise you.
You can bring your own equipment or rent it at the ski resorts. We work with premium rental
shops to ensure high-quality gear.
Yes, we recommend having travel insurance that covers winter sports. We suggest Global
Rescue, and you can check their plans here: Global Rescue.
The ski season in South America runs from June to October, with July and August being the
best months for snow.
